Kindle Paperwhite fabric cover (2024)
"The official fabric cover for the 2024 Paperwhite and Colorsoft: wakes and sleeps the Kindle, folds back for one-handed reading."
Why we picked it
We chose it as the add-on for the Paperwhite on our list: it protects the screen and keeps the reader light.
- Opens and closes like a book to wake or sleep the Kindle
- Folds flat behind for one-handed reading; stays on for charging
- Water-safe fabric; magnets keep it closed
- Fits
- Kindle Paperwhite and Paperwhite Signature Edition (2024 release only), Kindle Colorsoft and Colorsoft Signature Edition
- Weight
- about 5 oz
Skip it if your Paperwhite is from 2021 or earlier: this cover does not fit it.
Before you buy
- Fit: the 2024 Paperwhite and Paperwhite Signature Edition, plus the Colorsoft models. It does not fit a 2021-or-earlier Paperwhite or the basic Kindle.
- Find your model first: Settings, then Device Info on the Kindle, or your order page.
- Weight: about 5 oz, and it stays on for charging.
Fits: Owners of the 2024 Paperwhite who want wake-and-sleep on open and one-handed reading.
Not for: Older Paperwhite models; buy the cover made for that year instead.
